(Psalm 23, NLT) “The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name. Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.

GROWTHWORK

  1. LISTEN TO GOD.

(Proverbs 3:5–6, NLT) “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.

  1. WALK WITH PASSIONATE FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST.

(2 Corinthians 7:11, Message) “And now, isn’t it wonderful all the ways in which this distress has goaded you closer to God? You’re more alive, more concerned, more sensitive, more reverent, more human, more passionate, more responsible. Looked at from any angle, you’ve come out of this with purity of heart.

  1. DECIDE TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION.

(Philippians 1:12, NLT) “Everything that has happened to me here has helped to spread the Good News.

(John 10:3–4, Message) “He calls his own sheep by name … he leads them and they follow because they are familiar with his voice.
