(Titus 2:11–15, NIV) “For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.

(1 Thessalonians 3:8–13, NLT) “It gives us new life to know that you are standing firm in the Lord. How we thank God for you! Because of you we have great joy as we enter God’s presence. Night and day we pray earnestly for you, asking God to let us see you again to fill the gaps in your faith. May God our Father and our Lord Jesus bring us to you very soon. And may the Lord make your love for one another and for all people grow and overflow, just as our love for you overflows. May he, as a result, make your hearts strong, blameless, and holy as you stand before God our Father when our Lord Jesus comes again with all his holy people. Amen.

1. I WILL WORSHIP WITH YOU IN HOPE.

(1 Thessalonians 3:9, NLT) “How we thank God for you! Because of you we have great joy as we enter God’s presence.

2. I WILL PRAY WITH YOU IN HOPE.

(1 Thessalonians 3:10, NLT) “Night and day we pray earnestly for you, asking God to let us see you again to fill the gaps in your faith.

3. I WILL SERVE WITH YOU IN HOPE.

(1 Thessalonians 3:11–12, NLT) “May God our Father and our Lord Jesus bring us to you very soon. And may the Lord make your love for one another and for all people grow and overflow, just as our love for you overflows.

Jesus is coming again to heal and make whole our broken world.

(Romans 8:19–21, Message) “The created world itself can hardly wait for what’s coming next. Everything in creation is being more or less held back. God reins it in until both creation and all the creatures are ready and can be released at the same moment into the glorious times ahead. Meanwhile, the joyful anticipation deepens.
